What
 
 
Music/sound as a tool for improvisation, not improvisation as a (musical) compositional tool.
 
 
Improvisation as the creation of a Situation: a space of un-predetermined encounter, occurrence, clash, dialogue and potential (to be experienced)….. for something to happen...... or not:
 
music/sound not as the projection of a reducible concept but a space (place) which can be entered conceptually, politically, critically or otherwise, depending on your needs or perspective.
 
 
Space as an ‘ongoing contemporaneity of crossing trajectories’*. Space as a non-hierarchical, always-being-made matrix of realities, thoughts, histories or concepts.
 
 
Improvisation as a composition of social relations - an activity as an antidote to, or rejection of, the subversion of human relations, time, identity and creative doing to commodity value.
